RESUME

In Week Two, you chose a job posting and crafted a resume and cover letter tailored to that job (see Chapter 18). After reviewing the feedback from your instructor, make any necessary changes to your resume and cover letter and submit your final, revised cover letter and resume. Remember that you should thoroughly revise these two documents in terms of content and formatting. Your submission should be a three- to four-page Word document. The first page should contain the text of your job posting. Remember that this line of work should be appropriate for ENG 315 and your particular degree path. The second page is your cover letter, which should be thoroughly developed and formatted according to the conventions outlined in the course text and/or your instructor’s additional reading materials. The third and fourth pages constitute your resume, which should also be formatted as illustrated in course materials and it should offer a comprehensive overview of your skills as an applicant to your chosen job.
