Arrange and design a plan to shadow a leader in a health and wellness setting of your choice. In collaboration with the leader you will shadow, you will outline the actions and activities you hope to observe.

In Module 3, your report will cover leader actions in regard to the organizational aspects of staff, time, budget, and data handling, including technology use. In Module 4, your report will encompass leader actions in relationships, specifically in regard to staff, client, and other stakeholder motivation, communication, teamwork, and conflict management (Module 4).

PART 1: SHADOWING PLAN

Step 1. Schedule a shadowing activity with a leader in a health and wellness position. The setting is your choice.

Step 2. Meet with the selected leader to obtain input on what should be included in your shadowing plan.

Step 3. Gather the information for the two reports you will submit in Modules 3 and 4.

Use at least 2 peer-reviewed articles as references to support your plan and your expectations for learning.
