Part Three: Analysis of the company’s ethical communication with customers/clients: (approximately 2 pages) (1) Based on the company’s website, what two-way channels of communication are available for customers who might have a concern or need information about the company? Do you think they are effective? If there is none, what would you recommend the company add? (2) Describe two situations in which the company recently communicated with customers about a particular ethical issue or in response to a particular ethical situation. Evaluate the effectiveness of that response – what worked well, what worked less well.

Part Four: Analysis of the company’s ethical communication with its employees: (approximately 2 pages) (1) Based on the company’s website, do you think the company values its employees? In whatways? Be specific. (2) Using external sources, evaluate how the company treats its employees. Include at least two specific examples that relate to ethical issues explored in the course. Evaluate the effectiveness of the company’s actions – what worked well, what worked less well. Part Five: References (approximately 1 page) List the references cited in the paper in alphabetical order, following correct APA forma
