In your paper and based on the table you created in the Levels of Determinants discussion forum, complete the following:

· Identify the two levels of determinants that you feel have the greatest impact on health (individual, household, community, national, and international).

· Conduct research on your selected levels and discuss what factors associated with those levels support your claim that they have the most impact on health.

· Use scholarly research to support your reasoning.

· Choose a health factor related to one of the determinants from one of your classmates’ discussion tables and assess the impact that determinant has on the nation’s health.

· For example, if your classmate chose age as the determinant under the Individual level, some health issues related to age are osteoporosis, vision and hearing loss, Alzheimer’s disease, poor decision making, or juvenile diabetes.

· Use scholarly research to support your assessment.

· Propose a new initiative to address this chosen health factor.

· Include information on your target audience, the audience’s population size, where they are predominantly located, and so on.

· Use scholarly research to support your reasoning.

· With your health issue chosen and its primary level identified, recommend an additional link or pathway to that level that you can use for your proposed initiative, given the target audience and location you identified previously.

· For example, the example used Age as the health factor, which falls under the Individual level, so linking to the Household level and the health factor of safety could be appropriate. Knowing that the California has the largest number of seniors, it could lead you toward an initiative for seniors in California to discuss bathroom safety and the importance of installing handrails paired with walk-in tubs or showers.

· Use scholarly research to support your reasoning for each link or pathway.

· Justify how the links you identified between the levels will better address the health factor you researched.

· Use scholarly research to support your reasoning for each link and pathway.

· Differentiate how many individuals one of your chosen health factors will affect when compared to influenza, a common communicable disease.
